Robin Dickson offers vast experience in residential real estate. A strategic negotiator, creative marketer and someone that understands all the “moving parts” to consider when buying or selling a home, Robin tailors your purchase or sale to your unique needs. Robin Dickson has been in the real estate industry since the mid 1980’s. After completing a decade as a corporate officer for a nationwide bank, Robin made a career change to real estate. Relying on her background in finance and her intimate knowledge of the East Bay, Robin’s professional opinion is highly regarded by her clients and resulted in ranking consistently among the top 1% of agents nationwide for sales volume. After moving to the management and operations side of residential real estate in 1997, Robin has been responsible for managing offices of several prominent real estate companies as well as serving for 14 years as the Executive Vice President of J. Rockcliff Realtors, a premier real estate company in the east bay. There she served in a “COO” capacity responsible for marketing, technology, facilities, risk management and overall daily operations. Robin is a past president of the Contra Costa Association of Realtors, as well as 2016 Realtor of the Year and 2018 Realtor Emeritus. She is a Director for the California Association of Realtors and recently served as the Legal Issues and Risk Management Liaison to the Leadership Team. She is on the Board of Directors for Real Estate Business Services and has served as a National Association of Realtors Director. Robin has extensive experience in real estate contracts and the laws governing them has recently appointed as Chair of the Legal Action Committee including a seat on the Amicus Brief Advisory Board. In 2019, Robin was inducted into the National Association of Realtors RPAC Presidents Circle Hall of Fame for her contributions to homeownership and continues to be a President’s Circle Hall of Fame recipient.

Robin and her husband Dave split their time between Murphys in the Sierra foothills and the Alamo/Danville area. Together they have three grown sons, five delightful grandchildren and a lovable Golden Retriever named Maverick!
